Composite steel grating is a combined steel grating welded by ordinary steel grating or plug-in steel grating and checkered plate. This steel grating is used in leak proof scenes. The covered laying of checkered steel plate can just meet this demand.
The thickness of checkered steel plate commonly used for composite steel grating is 3mm, and the specification of steel grating is G323 / 40 / 100.
The composite steel grating has better bearing performance, leak proof, corrosion resistance, bright surface and beautiful atmosphere. Because the composite welded steel plate is of pattern style, it has anti-skid performance and convenient installation.
1. The steel grating or step plate shall be directly welded on the supporting steel structure, and the welding position shall be brushed with two coats of galvanized powder paint.
2. It is installed with a special installation clamp for multi grid steel grating, which does not damage the galvanized layer and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. Each set of mounting clamps includes an upper clamp, a lower clamp, an M8 round head bolt and a nut.
3. Stainless steel mounting clip or bolt connection and other fastening methods can be provided as required.
4. The installation clearance of steel grating is generally 100mm.
5. When installing the grating, be sure to add the rubber pad firmly to prevent it from loosening or falling off. When installing the grating, pay attention to the reliable installation of the rubber pad.
